RECARO cooperates with Riot Games for League of Legends
When it comes to eSports, the name League of Legends inevitably comes up. Although the online strategy game (MOBA) was released back in 2009, it continues to thrill millions of gamers. We are therefore delighted to announce our partnership with developer Riot Games. RECARO and Riot Games cooperate
We support Riot Games in the most important German-speaking tournament for League of Legends as a partner and supplier. The Premier Tour is the new highlight in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
The Premier Tour is the official league of Riot Games and also serves to promote talent. The best teams receive a chance to qualify for the EU Masters and then compete on the international stage against the best eSports teams in the world!
Big plans at Riot Games
Riot Games recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of League of Legends. It not only announced updates for the MOBA, but also presented a whole slew of new games. With League of Legends: Wild Rift, the well-known game is being ported to consoles and smartphones in a slightly adapted form, among other things to enable quicker rounds.
Legends of Runeterra, on the other hand, will be Riot Games' strategic card game in the world of League. Furthermore, the first scenes from Project A were shown, a hero-based tactical shooter.

League of Legends has been captivating millions of players worldwide for 10 years now. The title combines real-time strategy with role-playing elements. The strategy game not only inspires active players, but also millions of viewers. The game regularly breaks viewer records on the streaming platform Twitch.

The best eSports organizations in the world compete for the title and many well-known teams are also represented in German-speaking countries, including SK Gaming, Schalke 04, BIG, PENTA 1860, and Mousesports.
What's next?
The next big event in the German-speaking region is the Winter Cup. The finals will be played on 11/30/2019 in the Ratiopharm Arena in Neu-Ulm. Tickets are available starting at €14.99.
In the grand final, which will be played in a best-of-five format, Team ad hoc Gaming will be going up against Berlin International Gaming (BIG).
