To which countries do we ship?
Currently we ship only to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany:
- Shipping costs for RECARO Exo, Nxt and Aer: € 9.99
- Shipping costs for accessories (cleaning set, neck rests): € 5.99
Shipping to Austria:
- Shipping costs for RECARO Exo, Nxt and Aer: € 19.99
- Shipping costs for accessories (cleaning set, neck rests): € 5.99
Shipping to France, Spain, Italy, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg:
- Shipping costs for RECARO Exo, Nxt and Aer: € 29.99
- Shipping costs for accessories (cleaning set, headrest): € 9.99
The highest shipping costs are only charged once per order.
How will my order be delivered?
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will ship it with DHL.
Delivery is made to the kerbside.
What is included in the scope of delivery?
Your seat is supplied complete in a large package. This includes the seat unit and backrest, both armrests, base, castors, gas spring, fastening elements (for RECARO Exo) and operating instructions.
