How do returns work?

Please avoid any damage to the goods or getting them dirty. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against damage during transport with the use of suitable packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

When will the return be credited?

Please understand that the returns process may take around 10 working days to complete. We carefully inspect every item returned for any damage.

If the status of your return has not been correctly updated within the next 10 working days, please contact our customer service at support@recaro-gaming.com.

Furthermore, please also note that if several items are returned at the same time, they may be processed separately from each other.

Right of withdrawal

Only consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activities:

A. Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without needing to state a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to send us (RECARO Gaming GmbH & Co. KG, Schlossstr. 70, 70176 Stuttgart, Germany, Tel.: +49(0)711/50437644, email: support@recaro-gaming.com) a clear declaration (e.g. via our online form for withdrawal, a letter sent by mail or email) indicating your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

You will find the address for returns under 4). Alternatively, you may use our online form, which is available here.

To comply with the deadline for the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the declaration that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We shall refund any payments to the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to make this refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Experience has shown that the costs can be estimated at around €170 within Germany (for the return of the entire seat). You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

You will find it on the label on the underside of the seat (“LE-Nr.”), as well as on the packaging on the label that contains your delivery address.
