Terms and Conditions for the Aer 2026 Summer Promotion by Recaro Gaming GmbH & Co. KG
A. Conditions of participation
By participating in the Aer 2026 Summer Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions for promotions conducted by Recaro Gaming GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Recaro Gaming) on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the RECARO Gaming website RECARO Gaming hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all promotions conducted on an official Recaro Gaming Facebook page, on the official Twitter and Instagram channels, or on the Recaro Gaming website that are directed at consumers in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg and which, in the respective campaign post/story, newsletter banner, or website banner, refer to these Terms and Conditions RECARO Gaming on the RECARO Gaming website.
(2) Organizer of the event
The organizer of this promotion is Recaro Gaming GmbH & Co. KG, Jahnstraße 1, 70597 Stuttgart, which occasionally runs promotions, including via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, or on the RECARO Gaming website.
(3) Prerequisite and authorization for participation
(a) Participants must RECARO the RECARO website and purchase a RECARO Gaming seat of their choice. The promotion begins on July 6, 2026, and ends on July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
(b) All natural persons who are permanent residents of Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Participants under the age of 18 require the consent of their legal guardian to participate.
(4) Are there any costs involved?
There is generally no cost to participate in this promotion. In the event of cancellation, the provisions under item (10) apply.
(5) Free product
With every purchase of a RECARO gaming seat through the RECARO Gaming , a towel featuring the RECARO is included. The RECARO is shipped in separate packaging.
The free product will be highlighted in text and images on the website, website banners, and social media posts. The free product is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product. One free product will be shipped per order
(6) Right to cancel
Recaro Gaming reserves the right to extend, discontinue, cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the promotion in whole or in part without prior notice, in a manner reasonable for the purchasers, should unforeseen circumstances beyond Recaro Gaming’s control arise that prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned. Purchase agreements already concluded remain unaffected by this. In all other respects, the liability provisions of Recaro Gaming’s General Terms and Conditions apply.
(7) Liability
The liability provisions of Recaro Gaming’s Terms and Conditions apply.
(8) Choice of Law/Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the participant’s place of residence.
(9) Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of an order for the RECARO Gaming seat, the terms and conditions set forth in the RECARO Gaming: Cancellation & Returns – RECARO Gaming section apply.
The free product you received must also be returned. If the free product is not returned in the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you the current MSRP of the free product.
(10) Terms and Conditions
In addition, the RECARO Gaming Terms and Conditions RECARO Gaming General Terms and Conditions with Customer Information – RECARO Gaming) apply, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
